San Marcos Prepares to Host Biennial Education Forum in October
Creating a stronger future for education in San Marcos from kindergarten through college will be addressed on Thursday, Oct. 10 from 6 to 7:30 pm in a special forum that brings together the City's mayor and leaders of the San Marcos Unified School District, Palomar College and Cal State San Marcos.
The forum, held every two years, offers a unique opportunity for the community to hear from leaders of its three key school systems --- K-12, community college and state university --- that together serve about 60,000 students in the North County region.
