Bonnie Maloney Rallies Candy for the Troops

Bonnie Maloney of The Bonnie Maloney Team with Windermere Homes & Estates has spent her Halloween collecting candy for the troops. In an effort to “treat our troops” Bonnie and her team collected unopened candy after Halloween to send to American soldiers serving overseas via Operation Gratitude. While treating our troops and supporting children’s health, Bonnie has collected candy at her local Escondido office and also made herself available to pick up candy from willing neighbors, friends and supporters.
After collecting bundles of candy, Bonnie has been able to donate several pounds of candy to send to our troops overseas. As part of Operation Gratitude, Bonnie Maloney, along with countless others, sent generous collections of donated candy to active troops, allowing them to receive a small token of gratitude for their service. Some additional items sent to troops through Operation Gratitude would include; food, entertainment, hygiene and handmade items, plus personal letters of appreciation to Veterans, First Responders, New Recruits, Wounded Heroes, their caregivers, and to individually named U.S. service members deployed overseas and their families waiting at home.
Bonnie Maloney learned about Operation Gratitude through fellow Windermere Homes & Estates realtor, Nancy Canfield, who also volunteers her time and efforts throughout local communities in San Diego County.
