Caring and Valued Friend
When we decided to buy a home we were very excited but a little afraid of the unknown.
The Real Estate market was crazy. There were short sales everywhere and the competition was fierce. We met Bonnie through our church years ago and worked with her for a brief time in the Temecula market but decided the time was not right then.
With lower interest rates and lower housing prices we decided to jump back into the market and Bonnie simply picked up where we left off. Not only did she listen to how our needs changed, but she educated us on how the market had changed. She held our hands through the whole process, which we needed very badly.
We toured a lot of homes and made a lot of offers. We even went thru a failed escrow due to repair requests. But that never discouraged Bonnie. Her enthusiasm and skillful negotiations kept us going and we found our dream home. It was a short sale. Wow, talk about a journey. We made our offer in May 2012 and moved in just in time for the holidays and more importantly, just in time to decorate a nursery! We got the great baby bulletin weeks before closing and Bonnie was so thrilled she even helped us surprise our family with the blessed news.
Bonnie, you are not only the best realtor; you are a caring person and a valued friend. Thank you for helping us buy our home. It was a great venture with a very happy ending.
