Best Experience Buying A Home

We had the pleasure of working with Bonnie and her team on purchasing our latest home. By far this was the best experience we’ve had buying a home (bought 2 previously) and would highly recommend her. Found the right home and managed to secure it with the other offers coming in higher than ours. Since it was a VA loan, there are some more stringent requirements for a home inspection than say a FHA. Bonnie worked with the sellers to get them from a position of “no, we won’t fix that” to getting it fixed so the house would pass inspection. We now have a great house with a view, all thanks to Bonnie and her team.
