Our experience was multifaceted in trying to sell my parents home. We did not have an acceptable offer with our first realtor, so after our listing expired we began a new realtor search. We, (my sister and I), interviewed multiple realtors and came upon Bonnie. We did our diligence in hunting for someone, but Bonnie won us over in the beginning and the interview was even over skype!!!

She is who she says she is. Very real, down to earth, and expertise in her real estate field. She encouraged us to do some things to add to the look of the home which was a cost to us, but in the end we ended up getting an even better sale price. It was win win for us, and I believe the buyers were quite happy as well. The first day of the FIRST open house we got nearly a full price offer and things went quite smoothly after that. Bonnie had to work with 2 sellers as my sister and I were co-trustees. That is a difficult position to be in for a realtor, but Bonnie handled all situations with grace and dignity.
