My wife and I are empty nesters that wanted to downsize. Through a business associate I was contacted by Bonnie Maloney to look for possibilities in the Real Estate market. Bonnie was unbelievable in staying focused and meeting us on short notice on many occasions. We weren’t sure what we would be able to get for our house in Poway. Bonnie was there for the whole process. We had some hills and valleys as all Real Estate transactions can be stressful. Ours was probably harder than most. I’m sure we would not have made it happen without Bonnie. From finding buyers, showing us the properties, escrow and even the lender.
