Bonnie Maloney is an outstanding realtor. We have known Bonnie for many years and always knew she was a good person. It was neat getting to know her as our realtor and we just closed on the sale of our house in Escondido, CA. She is a great communicator, with a tremendous amount of patience. She always got back to us quickly per our many phones calls during the pre sale-closing. She is a very hard worker and is committed to her clients. She helped us in getting the house ready for sale with her very useful ideas, did a great job marketing the house, got creative when it seemed the offer might not go through, and closed on the house sooner than originally expected.
